Upon reflection, i have decided that this song and narrative fulfil the brief. I feel that having a friendship group within the video as well as using recognisable locations for my 16-25 year old demographic is more suitable. I felt that Jack and Matilde are the right talent to use and i would still like to include a ‘love’ narrative as that it was my audience focus group like to see in music videos.

After reviewing my initial ideas and comparing it with the brief, i found that this song might not be the best song for my Music video. I believe my talent fits the brief but the song doesn’t. 

I created a thumbnail on CANVA and this allowed me to experiment with colours and different layouts. I enjoyed editing on this website as it gave lots of different template which allowed me to broaden my skill set on what I am able to create. This also gave me an idea for  creating a thumbnail for my music video. 

 I created this easy 2024 and experimented with new fonts and layouts. I chose to keep the colours simple to reflect a more simple. contemporary style. Using the big issue layout, I was able to reinforce their values within my front cover and I used a new film and its star actor so people are aware of the contents of this magazine while successfully intertextually referencing past Willy Wonka films.
